General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope

These GTC apply to all contracts between HK-Enterprise GmbH, Ewald-Holt-Straße 8, 49716 Meppen and the customer — both for consumers (§ 13 BGB) and for businesses (§ 14 BGB).

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products is not a binding offer. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay", the customer submits a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms by email or ships the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices in Euro incl. VAT. The following payment methods are available:

PayPal
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — via PayPal Plus
SEPA direct debit — via PayPal Plus
Purchase on account — via PayPal Plus (subject to creditworthiness)
Klarna (invoice 30 days and installment purchase)
Apple Pay
Instant bank transfer
Prepayment by bank transfer (payment period: 7 days)
Invoice for business customers after activation with business license

For prepayment, the amount must be transferred within 7 days.

§ 4 Delivery and Shipping

Shipping within 1-2 business days via DHL and WKS Logistik. Delivery to Germany and selected EU countries. For consumers, the seller bears the shipping risk.

§ 5 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details on the Cancellation Policy page.

Businesses do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

§ 7 Warranty

7.1 Towards Consumers

Statutory liability for defects. Limitation period: 2 years from delivery.

7.2 Towards Businesses

Limitation period: 1 year. Defects must be reported in writing within 5 working days (§ 377 HGB).

§ 8 Limitation of Liability

Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and personal injury. For slight negligence, only in case of breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damages.

§ 10 Dispute Resolution

The EU ODR platform was shut down on July 20, 2025. We do not participate in dispute resolution procedures.

§ 11 Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for businesses is Meppen.
