Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, take possession of the last goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days — using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (§ 13 BGB, German Civil Code). Businesses do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
